While working at a national document management company,
Angelo Salandra realized he could provide superior quality service at
a lower cost by starting his own document management company. When
he founded Quality Copy, Inc. (QCI) twelve years ago, he dedicated the
company to providing unsurpassed litigation support services. Today, Quality
Litigation Services, Inc. (QLS), f/k/a Quality Copy, Inc., offers
a full range of litigation support and facility management services. These
services include, but are not limited to, document imaging, OCR (Optical
Character Recognition), indexing, black & white and color copying,
blow back from digital media, electronic data discovery, web hosting,
oversize black & white and color copying, binding, trial exhibits,
courtroom graphics and presentations.
Quality Management Services, Inc.
(QMS), a subsidiary of Quality Litigation Services, Inc., commenced seven
years ago when Angelo recognized an opportunity to save one of our clients
a significant amount of money. At Angelo’s
recommendation, a cost benefit analysis was completed for this particular
client because of continuous volume of copy work being sent to QLS’s
shop. As anticipated, the analysis concluded that this client would
reduce costs significantly by having QMS provide on-site management of
the copy center/mailroom. Seven years later, we are still managing
this client’s office support services, as well as many other clients,
who also experience significant cost savings and superior office support
services.
For these companies, QMS manages non-core business
responsibilities including scanning, copying, faxing, mailing, courier,
filing, receptionist relief, conference room management and other general
office support functions. Companies
that outsource their facilities management operation to QMS are relieved
of the disturbances of managing these administrative functions. QMS
assumes full responsibility of all aspects of on-site office support
services from staffing and equipment to supplies and maintenance.
Our
professional staff is responsible for strategic consulting and flawless
execution of solutions. These team members include a director of
technology, vice president of sales and operations and vice president
of facilities management. Our core business is facility management
and litigation support.
