While working at a national document management company,
Angelo Salandra realized he could provide better quality service at a
lower cost. When he founded Quality Copy, Inc. (QCI) in 1996,
he dedicated the company to providing litigation support services. Today,
Quality Litigation Services (QLS), doing business as Quality Management Services, offers
a full range of office support and document management services. These
services include, but are not limited to, document imaging, OCR (Optical
Character Recognition), indexing, black & white and color copying,
blow back from digital media, electronic data discovery, web hosting,
oversize black & white
and color copying, binding, trial exhibits and presentations.
Quality Management Services (QMS) commenced in 1996 when Angelo recognized an opportunity
to save one of our clients a significant amount of money. A cost benefit
analysis was completed for this particular client because of continuous
volume of copy work being sent to QLS’s production shop. As anticipated,
the analysis concluded that this client would reduce costs significantly
by having QMS provide on-site management of the copy center/mailroom.
To this day, we are still managing this client’s copy center/mailroom,
as well as many other clients, who also experience significant cost savings
and superior office support services.
Quality Management Services manages non-core business responsibilities
including enterprise content management, copying, faxing, mailing, courier, scanning, filing, receptionist/secretarial
relief, conference room set-up and many other general office support
functions. Companies that outsource their facilities management operation
to QMS are relieved of the disturbances of managing these administrative
functions. QMS assumes full responsibility of all aspects of on-site
office support services from staffing and equipment to supplies and maintenance.
Our professional staff is responsible for strategic consulting and flawless
execution of solutions. These team members include a director of technology,
vice president of sales and operations and vice president of facilities
management. Our core business is litigation support and facility management.
