QMS’s vice president of facilities management owns the FM client
relationship. He brings extensive industry management experience
and is eager to create and maintain long-standing partnerships with all
QMS clients. He is charged with developing customized strategies
and tactics. After obtaining approval from the organizations personnel
responsible for overseeing the service offerings we provide, these strategies
and tactics are implemented and executed. QMS promotes and embraces
a consultative approach and is accountable for bringing best practices
and continuous improvement to our clients. The vice president of
facilities management is responsible for the quality and reliability
of all QMS service offerings. He acts as the liaison between the
client’s personnel responsible for managing the office support
services function and the on-site QMS staff.
Daily management of the account falls under the role of the on-site
manager. The on-site manager will perform all scheduled tasks and
maintain operations. He/she ensures all work is completed in a
timely and accurate fashion.
